Since its beginning in 1986, Mayfield Construction Company has been thoroughly involved with the construction of residential and office projects in Oregon, as well as more recently being involved in the renovation of high rise office projects in Washington. The budgets of these jobs have ranged from $5,000 office tenant improvements to $3,500,000 in extensive renovations. Mayfield Construction’s experience also includes apartment construction projects, tilt-up office projects and work on high-rise office structures, with budgets ranging from $100,000 to $6,500,000. Today, Mayfield Construction Company is a full service company with the ability to take projects from concept, through plans and construction, to completion.
Mayfield boasts of a team of experienced construction personnel, who bring a wealth of relevant experience to the properties. They are skilled in a wide range including repair and maintenance, construction, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical and electrical. This reduces the expense of hiring outside vendors for many construction issues that arise at the office properties and apartment communities and insures excellent workmanship in all projects. Friendly and amiable, they are fine ambassadors for our company while interacting with tenants when making tenant improvements and rehabbing both Mayfield properties and those owned by others.
